The hotel is within easy to reach from the railway station Santa Lucia and from Piazzale Roma (bus and car terminal, here is the parking “San Marco”) with the waterbus line 1 or 51 (price 5,00 € per person).
Line 1 takes about 50 minutes, it’s the slowest ride, but you can enjoy the wonderful panorama of the palaces overlooking the Gand Canal. With line 51 (green line) you can reach the hotel in about 25 minutes. In both cases you have to stop in San Zaccaria, then take the street right in front called Calle delle Rasse ; and the end of it turn left into Campo SS. Filippo e Giacomo.
If you drive into Venice you can park at Tronchetto Island (Tronchetto Park). From there you can take the waterbus line 82 to San Zaccaria (you might have to cross the bridge on your left and then turn into Calle delle Rasse).
If you prefere to fly to Venice, you will find a shuttle boat called “Alilaguna” (price 11,00 € per person) going every hour from Marco Polo Airport to St. Mark’s Square in about 1 hour. From there you have to follow the water edge until the Doge’s Palace, you cross the bridge called Ponte della Paglia and take the first small street on your left (Calle degli Albanesi).
A private watertaxi from the airport is faster but considerably more expensive.
